In order to safely transfer your site without the loss of data, please follow these quick steps:

1. Backup your site files, database information, and any other data you will need.
2. Login to your FTP account using the IP, user, and password in your welcome email.
3. Upload all of your files to the appropriate folders and locations.
4. Update your DNS records (through your domain registrar).
5. Allow 24-72 hours for your domain to recognize the new DNS records.
6. All done, you are now safely transfered over.
