First, we would like to thank you for your continued loyalty and business with our company. It has been an absolute pleasure being able to do business with you. We’ve been serving our customers for nearly 14 years, and hope that your time with us has been as enjoyable as it has been for us in supporting your business and your online presence.

However, 9th Node Networks would like to inform you that we are closing our business effective October 31st, 2021. We have cancelled all renewal invoices for any hosting services you have with us but will continue to leave your services online, and unaffected, while we work with you to transition your services to another provider.

If you have recently renewed your hosting services with us, please reply to this email and we can review your account and provide a refund for the difference in service term used through our closing date of October 31st, 2021.

If you do not use WordPress for your website, we have other recommended hosts we can refer you to. Please send us an e-mail to support@9thnode.com to open a ticket and we can help with recommendations.

If you have any domains registered through us, these will continue to renew normally up until October 31st, 2021, as we can not offer refunds for domains, and do not want any of your domains to expire during this transition. While there will more than likely be a Transfer Fee when moving your domains to another domain registrar, each domain transferred will have 1 year added to their expiration date, so you do not lose any time/money invested in your domains.
